The right to privacy is important to GSTOP®. We are keen to strike a fair balance between confidentiality of information including the personal data of individuals who deal with us and ensuring that Customer’s obtain full value from the Application and Hardware we sell.

Customers are not required to register with GSTOP®, however this option is voluntary if the customer wishes to keep up to date with our latest updates, products and services. Any details we collect will be used in order that we may provide the Services although we will not have access to any details used for payments as these are processed by our payment service providers. The terms of our payment service providers are to be found on their websites and if you have any concerns about the payment process then please contact them using the published contact details. We understand that some information provided will be personal data and this policy sets out what we intend to do with that data. The information provided to us will be kept confidential and will be used only to support the Customer relationship with us. Other than as mentioned below we do not disclose or sell Customer information.

Use of Information (including Personal Data) We may use the personal data given for future email correspondence, for support, and from time to time notification of enhanced or new Services which we offer. Such use is strictly in accordance with the (UK) Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. If any of our Customers does not want to receive future marketing emails from us please inform us by email at privacy@gstop.co.uk Any such marketing and advisory email comes from us with an easy to use unsubscribe instruction and a Customer can be removed from our lists at any time although this can take up to 30 days to carry into effect. Personal data will never be sent to any third party. We have ensured that there is robust security within our own systems. It is only GSTOP® that will market to Customers about Services from us.

4. Cookies
